Individual counselling at Willowth offers a confidential, steady space to understand what you are carrying and build practical tools for change. Sessions can support anxiety, depression, stress, grief, trauma, self-esteem, burnout, life transitions, emotional regulation, and the quiet pressure of trying to function while feeling overwhelmed.
The work is collaborative and paced with care. Together, you can explore patterns in thoughts, emotions, relationships, work stress, family expectations, and nervous-system responses. Counselling can help you name what is happening, reduce avoidance, strengthen self-trust, and develop practical strategies that support daily regulation.
This service is helpful when stress or emotional pain begins affecting sleep, focus, motivation, work, relationships, parenting, confidence, or your sense of self. Sessions may include emotional awareness, grounding skills, values clarification, communication tools, boundary work, and realistic steps you can use between appointments. In-person sessions are available in North Vancouver, and secure online counselling is available across British Columbia.
